Cody Ridge

Cody's background is architecture coordination, owner's representation, and design management — the work of catching problems before they cost anyone money. He's spent his career at the intersection of developers, architects, engineers, and builders, turning design intent into buildable reality.

That same discipline shapes every job at Ridgeworks Construction: coordination gaps caught early, decisions locked before they get expensive.

Brandon Larrison

Brandon is the craftsman of Ridgeworks — years of hands-on experience across framing, finish carpentry, and job-site management before joining Ridgeworks full time. Custom millwork and woodworking are where his precision shows up clearest: work with zero room to fake it, which is the standard he holds every trade to, not just the one he's known for. Ask him something, and he's already doing it.
